Is VAT included in the prices?
No. All listed prices exclude 5% UAE VAT, which will be added to your invoice. Luqma POS automatically calculates and displays VAT on all receipts and reports generated within the system.
Is pricing per branch or per company?
Pricing is per branch per month. If you operate 3 branches, you pay for 3 branch subscriptions. Each branch subscription lets you run unlimited brands on that branch — so you are not charged per brand, only per physical location.
Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?
No setup fees and no long-term contracts by default. You subscribe monthly and can cancel anytime. Enterprise customers may opt into annual contracts for better rates — ask our sales team.
Is hardware included in the price?
Hardware — tablets, receipt printers, kitchen display screens — is sold separately. Luqma works with standard Android tablets and ESC/POS thermal printers. Our team will recommend compatible devices during onboarding and can help you source them in the UAE.
Do you offer volume discounts for multiple branches?
Yes. Operators with 5 or more branches qualify for volume discounts. Contact our sales team for a custom quote tailored to your number of branches, brands and requirements.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. There are no penalties for switching.
